Below are a few of the most commonly-asked questions about claiming, winning and receiving prizes from our games. If you don't see
your question/answer listed here, you might try a different section in the
Need Games Help? pull-down menu.
Q: I have a ton of "tokens," but what are they and what can I do with them?
A: Tokens are our "virtual prize currency." You can win (or lose) tokens through a number of our games (Video Poker
and Big Shot Roulette, to name a couple). These tokens have no monetary value, but can be converted into prize drawing tickets for pogo.com's
Daily, Weekly or Monthly prizes. The more tokens you win in our games, the more tickets you can "buy" to our drawings when you cash in your tokens.
To enter our prize drawings, simply hit the "Cash In" button in any of our games that give out tokens. This will bring you to our Ticket Changer,
where you can choose to "spend" your tokens on our prize drawings. If you clicked "Cash In" by accident, you can leave the Ticket Changer without
spending any tokens.

Q: Can tokens I have in one game be used in another game?
A: Of course! Think of your token balance as a "wallet". You'll carry this "wallet" of tokens between all our games that use tokens
and can wager them as you like. Whenever you choose to enter one of our prize drawings, you'll be "spending" tokens from this virtual "wallet".

Q: Do my tokens go away if I don't use them by the end of a month?
A: Nope! Tokens you win will stay in your account until you decide to exchange them for tickets to our prize drawings. To enter our
prize drawings, hit the "Cash In" button on any of our games that pay out tokens. Check here for details.

Q: What happens when I win a prize?
A: Once you've won a prize, you'll need to complete a couple of steps before you get your check, depending on what kind of prize you have won:
- If you win a Drawing, you will receive notification via e-mail. It is important to keep your e-mail address up to date so we can notify you of any winnings.
- If you win a Jackpot, you will be immediately presented with a prize claim form to fill out.
- If you do not receive the Prize Claim e-mail or the Prize Claim Form, you may go to the form directly on the website by clicking on the Prizes tab/button on the top of the page. Then click on the link on the right that says "See Recent Winners."
- Once you are on the Recent Winners page, you will see any prizes you have won in the "Prizes I've Won" section at the top of that page. Any prizes that are waiting to be claimed will have a link for you to click on and claim them. Click the link and follow the information from there.
- If you have any questions please click on the Help link above for further assistance.

Q: Are the winners real?
A: This is probably one of the most common questions we get. We would just like to let you know that YES, the winners are real. They are not EA Employees or bots or just fake names. We have added the Winners Circle interviews to help give members an idea of who some of our past winners have been.

Q: How does the Double Jackpot work?
A: First of all, the most someone can win from our Jackpot Spinner is $4,999, regardless of if it is doubled or not. So if there is a Double Jackpot for a game and it is valued at $2,499.50 or less, then it can be doubled. If a Double Jackpot is over $2,499.50 then it will be maxed out at $4,999. All Club Pogo members Jackpots are doubled, even if they are playing in a free game. And during different special temporary offerings, free Pogo Members will be able to win double jackpots in designated games.
