What is a "Room" and how do I "chat?"
Pogo.co.uk offers hundreds of game rooms. To access a game room, click on a game from the home page to get to the "Room Selector" page. From there, you may either click the "Play Now" button located at the top of the page or scroll down to view the game rooms.

What are Tokens, and what can I do with them?
Pogo Tokens are awarded to your Pogo.co.uk account each time you complete or reach a certain threshold in a game.
For many players, Tokens are a symbol of status. They indicate how long a user has been playing on Pogo.co.uk or how successful they have been with playing the games. The more you win, the more Tokens you get!
You can also place Token bets in some of our casino games. If you're a Club Pogo member (see below), you can also exchange Tokens for items at the Mini Mall.

I try to play a game but it takes forever to load! How can I get in to play the game?

I tried getting onto Pogo the other morning but saw a message saying 'site currently down'. Why is this?
Every Tuesday morning, Pogo is temporarily taken down for scheduled maintenance. This is when essential updates are made, or new games and features added. The downtime usually starts around 10am and typically lasts around an hour. If you're playing on Pogo before the scheduled maintenance, you'll see a timer displaying the time remaining until the site comes down.
