After you release all the prizes, try to pop all the remaining balloons. If you leave 5 or less balloons, you'll earn bonus tokens!

Pop Groups of Balloons
In Poppit!, the object is to pop groups of 2 or more like-colored balloons so that you can release the "prizes". You must pop groups of 2 or more-single balloons cannot be popped. After you pop balloons, balloons below the ones you've just popped will rise upwards (or inward) to fill the gaps.

Hint - Pop a group of 6 or more balloons to earn a SUPER-POP bonus! A SUPER-POP awards the following:

6 balloons
=
10 Tokens

8 balloons
=
20 Tokens

10 balloons
=
30 Tokens

12 balloons
=
40 Tokens

Releasing Prizes
When you pop a balloon with a prize (and when no other balloons rise up to take that balloon's place), a box will drop to the bottom of the screen, the prize will be released, and the prize's token value will be added to your (potential) total. In the lower left-hand corner (below our cactus mascot, Spike!), you'll see the number of tokens that you've earned during this addicting puzzle game.

Special Power Ups
To help you win the puzzle game you can use special power-ups that are sometimes released instead of a prize:
  • Pin - Use the pin to pop a single balloon in the puzzle.
  • Weight - Use the weight to shift a column down a single row. This can help create new groups of balloons that you can pop

Bonus Tokens
Once you've released all the prizes, it's time to go for the bonus! Continue popping balloons in an effort to leave 5 or less balloons on the screen. Removing all the balloons is a very challenging task-if you can do this, awesome! You'll receive the highest bonus number of tokens. Otherwise, you'll receive a smaller bonus for leaving 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 balloon on the screen.

Sign out of Pogo and clear your browser's cache, history, temp files, and cookies.

Close your browser after that and restart your computer.

It appears that some rooms are not up and running yet.

For now, try a room that has more than eight players in it.

That's what worked for me.

Other players have said that clicking "Start Game" instead of choosing a chat room worked for them.

I'm not Susy, but I will repeat what she said: the purple squelchy is a random prize drop.

I will add that it does not have to be in a super pop, and you can play on any difficulty level that you like.

It really is random. I've been playing on skill level 1 and I am getting many dog prizes.

I have played thousands of Poppit! games over the last 6 months, and can win every game at this point. It has been my observation the dog prizes mostly happen in levels 2 or 3, because the dogs seem to drop from the top 4 rows on the screen. I do not often see a dog from the bottom 6 rows. People think it's level 2 or 3 that makes dogs happen, but that's because the prizes are in the higher rows for those levels. I of course could be totally incorrect, and the dogs truly appear randomly; however, in working on Poppit! badges, I looked for games that had higher prizes, and then checked to see where the dog prizes came from. It was pretty consistently those top 4 rows. RSBarnes65

Poppit! • Problems for the past week!

By figment48_ » July 3rd, 2016, 7:50 pm

Hello. I have had problems for the past week. I cannot load Poppit or even my maibox. Yes I am using an older Windows version and Chrome as a browser - but I was doing just fine until last week. If Pogo has done something to make it impossible for those of us who aren't going to spend $$ on every new window and browser upgrade, then I guess I have to join so many others that have left Pogo :-( I have been playing since 1999 and I am very upset over all of this. I am on a TEAM and can't help with Poppit right now - NOR can I write to them to let them know. THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING! This is the message I get:

Oops, something is not right...

Web Page Error
Explanation:
The web page couldn't be shown because of an internal error.

How to Fix the Problem:
Unfortunately, since you have encountered this error because of some server problem on our end, there's really nothing you can do at this time to correct the problem. Your best bet is to try again later.

The last decade has seen a technological explosion. There are so many different possible configurations in systems, add-ons and programs, it's surprising there aren't more problems than there are.

Think about cars. There was a time a lot of people fell into the backyard mechanic category and there were a lot people could do to fix this or that. That's gone by the wayside, too.

Friend of mine told me a little factoid...I can't speak for it's accuracy but she said (and she's a bit of a geek herself) that today's high tech TV remotes have more computing power than the computer that launched our space program. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if she's right.

The games are working properly but they are just taking longer to load.
The exact cause of the problem hasn't been determined yet. Not everyone is experiencing the problem.
For those of us that are, here is what I do in order to get the games to load:
Click on the blank screen, look at the bottom of your screen, and you should see the message about the long running script.
Click "Stop Script" and your game should load after 15 or 30 seconds.
If you use a browser other than IE, you won't get the "long running script" message but it will still take 15 or 30 seconds for the games to load.
