Our team is aware of an issue that is preventing users from using the login with facebook option to log in to the website.

We recommend if you've registered to receive tokens, that you use your actual Pogo account that you created and that password to log in.

Our team is currently investigating this issue and hopes to have it resolved soon.

Plants vs. Zombies • [RESOLVED][GLOBAL] not being recognized as a Club Member

Our team is aware that some players are unable to access all features of Club Pogo and are receiving a message "Join Club Pogo" when the player is already a Club Pogo member.

Our team is currently looking into this issue and hopes to have it resolved soon.

EDIT 4/15/14 @ 12:45pm: Our team has resolved this issue. If you are still not able to access all of the Club Pogo features and you are a Club Pogo member, please log out of your account and log back in and you should be good to go.

Our team is aware of some flash games not loading chat and the room list showing as if there are no players in the rooms.

As you may be aware, a website vulnerability named the Heartbleed Bug has been all over the news as of Monday, April 7th, 2014.

As soon as we became aware of Heartbleed, we began actively identifying and patching any vulnerable systems to ensure Pogo.com is secure. We have no reason to believe any passwords or personal information were stolen, but suggest erring on the side of caution and updating your Pogo password.

Our team is aware that some players may be receiving an intermittent System is too Busy Message.

Our team is working on a resolution to this issue. As this issue may not be affecting all players and that it may be an intermittent issue, it may appear to be working fine for periods of time.

Our team is aware that with today's updates players who are attempting to play a Java game will see this prompt appear:

This is perfectly normal as we have renewed our Java certification so you may see this message after today's update.

It is safe to allow, as Pogo is a secure trusted website. If you check the “Do not show this again” box then click “Run” this message should only come up once. After that, you should no longer see this popup again unless you update or re-install Java or we renew our Java certificate again.
