There's a known issue between IE and the latest Java update. You should try uninstalling Java and reinstalling the previous version. Flash is now at 18.0.0.232 (or whatever the latest update now is), not just plain 18, so you should look for the latest version of Flash and install that. Outside of those suggestions, I don't know what to tell you. This is a members forum, so you really need to contact the people you bought the game from (if you bought the game through the download section, as they are the ones who look after those games, not Pogo). Good luck.

Plants vs. Zombies • run around

By lovesonnet » September 1st, 2015, 4:10 am

I had to reformat my computer because a missing critical file was missing. I also upgraded to windows 10 pro for $199.99 and I still can't play games on pogo. Occasionally for some unknown reason I can get to play one game and one game only. I have done everything the posters on the forums have suggested to be able to play with no avail. I still can't play the games on pogo and what is even making it worse is I can't get any help to reload my full version of plants vs zombies that I purchased through pogo. When I try to download from the backup cd I get nothing and when I try to get to pogo support or EA support I get the BIG RUN AROUND and no help or answers. When I actually get to EA's help page it is like looking at a coded message from alpha centauri. I get absolutely no help and I really am at my wits end. I tried for over two weeks to fix the problem with tier 2 level Microsoft technicians. Their final conclusion was that the problem lies with Pogo. Pogo and EA make it almost impossible to receive one on one support help to fix problems with download and playing pogo games or purchased download games such as full version plants vs zombies. When I click on report a problem link on a game page it tells me my os is not supported. It says I have windows NT 10. I DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS NT 10. I have windows 10 pro.

Plants vs. Zombies • Re: Club Pogo does n ot include full pogo.com access?

By SusyQ151 » August 28th, 2015, 8:14 am

Games like Plants vs Zombies, Zuma's revenge, etc. Pogo just offers a demo of the game on site.

IF a member wishes to play more of the game, they can purchase it, but it ISN'T necessary for any Pogo challenge or for earning ranks in the game.

Also, if a member were to purchase the full game, note that no credit for challenges or ranks will be given playing the purchased download.

Plants vs. Zombies • Club Pogo does n ot include full pogo.com access?

By GeorgeandNat » August 28th, 2015, 6:59 am

This is new?

I was playing Plants vs Zombies on pogo.com, in Adventure mode; apparently I must pay more to continue the game, on top of the $50USD+ I paid for a year of full Club Pogo access?!?!

You have to make sure you finish the game. The game ends when the zombies enter your house and eat your brains.

Survival Mode works well for today's daily challenge of collecting 50 suns.

Same happening to me, finish the challenge and "zombies eat your brains' come up then it freezes, so I do not get credit.

Plants vs. Zombies • Re: No credit for daily challenge

By hobo915gal » August 25th, 2015, 8:16 am

I found tonight that I need to re start the next level by leaving the room and re entering the game - it just stops when the game's completed and it won't go to the next game. However I do get progress in the daily challenge. Not sure why it stops because I don't recall this happening to this game before. Just letting people know that's what's happened.

My game won't load either the date is 8/25/15. It loads in the space where friends pictures of their mini's go... Semi loads it still hasn't down-loaded completely. All the Java and flash player are current. I use Fire fox and have everything updated and current nothing is blocked by my virus protection as far as I can tell. I have pogo games listed under exceptions for pop-up blocker the web site as well as games3pogo.com What can I do?
