Payday FreeCell

Try your luck in Payday FreeCell, the classic game of free cell solitaire and rack up tokens by moving the cards from the table to the free cells. The goal of free cell solitaire is to arrange all cards into the foundations, by suit and in order from Ace to King.


Payday
Move all the cards from the table to the four foundation stacks at the top right half of the screen.

Start with the Ace
Each foundation stack must begin with the Ace of the matching suit. New cards of the same suit are added to the stack in ascending sequence

Bonus Scratcher
Scratch the bonus cards to receive bonus tokens.

Challenge Yourself
Use the free cells strategically to clear all the cards.

The object of Payday FreeCell solitaire is to move all the cards from the table to the four foundation stacks at the top right half of the screen. Each foundation stack must begin with the Ace of the matching suit. New cards of the same suit are added to the stack in ascending sequence: A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K. You will always earn a token for every card you place in the foundation stacks. You will also see some special bonus "scratcher" cards on the table. When you remove these cards from the table, you may receive special bonus tokens. When you sort all 52 cards into the correct foundation stacks in the correct order, you win the game; then you keep all your bonus tokens and receive a Jackpot Spin!

A letter goes along with each number to help you find the numbers on your card more quickly. All the shuffles and deals of the cards are completely random. Unlike First Class Solitaire, it is almost always possible to remove all the cards from the table in Payday Free Cell solitaire. It may not feel like it, and you may get stuck or run out of legal moves, but the absolutely unsolvable hands occur less than 0.01% of the time. Replaying the same hand in a different way may allow for completing the game. The more you play, the better you get. The better you get, the more free cell solitaire games you complete and the more tokens you win!

Using only the cards at the bottom of the columns, there are three ways that game play can be started:
  • Any Ace at the bottom of a column should be moved up to its foundation stack.
  • Any other card may be placed on an alternate color card that is one value higher than that card.
  • Any card at the bottom of a column may be moved up to a Free Cell.

Here are some additional pointers designed to help you become a more advanced Payday Free Cell solitaire player.

Avoid building stacks on low numbered cards because you will probably need them sooner than you think.

Move any Aces at or near the bottom of the columns first.

Try to place cards in the Free Cells that you can easily put back onto the playfield.

Once you place a card in the foundation stack, you can't put it back into play.

There are times when you must manually move cards to the foundation stacks.

You don't get bonus points for using less moves or finishing quickly. In other words, take your time.

To reveal a specific card on the Free Cell solitaire table, right click on it.

Try not to fill up the top four Free Cells right away as it leaves less room for moving cards around.

Don't worry about chasing the bonus cards. Focus on winning the game by moving the cards to the foundation stacks first, and the bonus cards will come naturally.

Bonus cards are divided into four parts. Click on any part to scratch it off and get the number of points (or tokens) shown. The four bonus cards are additions to the regular 52 cards in the deck and have no suit or face value, other than the number of tokens earned.

I won the Scratch-a-Lot challenge for 4000 tokens and was only given 1000 tokens when I completed the challenge. Why?

Scratch cards or bonus cards are those four cards in the layout that give you extra tokens in the game. They say "payday Scratch" across the front. Check out the game's How to Play for an image of them.

There are only 4 scratch cards available per game. The most you can get in a game is 4. They are bonus cards, one for each foundation stack.

how can I win this badge where I have to go out in 130 moves or less when every time I've placed all my cards the game freezes and when it starts again the numbers still go up.

I perplexed at something. I'm doing the challenge Coat of Arms whereby one has to place 120 cards in the foundation. Imagine my surprise when I note that only 4 cards count towards this goal when winning the game? Is the area on the top right of the game not known as the foundation as it is with other solitaire type games? Why would only 4 of the cards placed there count? No sense.

Yes, getting 50 or more on a scratcher is not an easy feat. But, it can be done.
What I do it click new game until I get 1 or 2 Scratch Cards on the front row. I scratch the first one and if I don't get 50 or more, I click new game and then replay. I do this until I get 50 or more. Then I continue playing. Hopefully I win. If I do, then I have 1 of 8 needed.

I'm not having an issue with the white screen, for one of the scratch cards challenges,..what I'm having an issue with is the fact that the Aces marks the spot badge, for one, requires winning the game to receive credit towards any of the scratch cards uncovered that are 50 or more points. I am up to 125 games already (not all won) and still am lacking 8 winning games. This and any other challenge that requires a specified amount on a spin/scratch card AND a winning game based on luck of the card/s, stinks. Some folks, myself included, are just not lucky on having to pick the right spot/area for the highest token/coin amount. It is a challenge and a half, in my opinion, but is more frustrating than it is challenging, since it's based on the luck of the cards to win AND the luck of picking the right scratching spot. :x

You could try a browser other than the one you normally use to see if you have better results.

Also know that Flash updated recently. The new version is 25.0.0.127.

I'm playing this badge, and every time I win a couple of scratches over 25 or more, and its the end of the hand, it turns white screen. Does'nt give credit for the cards that were scratched off and were over 25. At the end of hand it just sits in limbo white screen, little people dancing, wait a good 3 min or more and have to refresh and go to another room. I cleared my chaches and everything even had to sign back in. It is still doing it though. I need credit on this badge now for 7 good scratches. How am I suppose to finish badge when it keeps doing this to me? :( :shock: :evil: :?:
