Hidden in the different locations are stamps and black cats (a Club Pogo exclusive!) Finding these objects will boost your score.

If you get stuck in a mini-game, you can click the "Solve Puzzle" button to skip it, but you might miss out on a higher score or even a trophy!

Letters From Nowhere • Re: Cannot Play to Finish Album!

By Mod_Kyra » July 4th, 2015, 3:19 pm

There were some updates to anti-virus programs that have blocked Pogo content recently. Trend Micro was one and I believe a couple more were mentioned. You might want to check your programs.

I'll also mention that you're posting to a member helping member forum. We can't see into your machine; we don't know what you've tried and the things you don't want us to suggest are generally the things that are causing problems.

If you'd like more official technical help, please use the Help link to contact Pogo directly.

If you're willing to work with other members to try to resolve your settings issues, I would encourage you to use our member-assisted Individual Troubleshooting forum area. Please read the rules for the use of that area before posting. It's here:

http://forums.pogo.com/viewtopic.php?f=262&t=57700

Please be aware that it may be difficult for us that guess at what in your settings is blocking your games. You'll need to be willing to try suggestions and report back.

They want me to wait until it is released as a regular mix & match in a couple weeks to see if it fixes itself. If not then maybe they will troubleshoot further at that point. Just wanted to post my experience in case someone else notices theirs missing so they won't waste time going to customer service until after the regular release if it don't show up then. (Crossing fingers it resolves itself when it is released regularly for everyone that may be missing it now)

Thanks for the update Jena.

I, too, will contact Customer Service if the badge isn't corrected when it is released for general sale.

Letters From Nowhere • [Flash Games] Some users may experience difficulty loading

By Pogo_Cactuar » June 17th, 2015, 8:22 pm

Hello,

It appears that there have been several updates released both for Windows and many anti-virus software programs out there.

We have seen a trend of some users who aren't able to load our Flash games since these updates. It seems that the recent updates, especially to anti-virus software, have blocked computers from accessing all of our games.

If you aren't able to load our flash games, such as our Hidden Object Games or Mahjong Games, we recommend you visit: Answers HQ for a workaround to allow these games to load for you.

Tried using the search feature under find a badge and it doesn't show up there as owned by me either. I decided to use the contact pogo help to inform them of my problem planning to just email them since it was not a case of immediate attention for live chat. However live chat is the only option it gave me and said 5 minute wait time. I gave up after 30 minutes and closed the chat window and decided to come here to ask...
Has anyone else won this badge in the mix & magic feature and has it disappeared from your album? Also does anyone know how to get to the email option since this would be much easier to report that way and checked on by them without me having to sit and wait forever for a live chat connection? I know it was an available option once before when I needed to report a problem but wasn't this time. Guess otherwise I will just have to try again later or wait and see if the badge magically reappears...lol

Mine is missing too.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else has any problems with the Mix-n-Magic selections from March 30th.

Letters From Nowhere • Re: Letters From Nowhere and Bingo Luau

Check your zoom again because it may have changed without you realizing it.
While you are on your home page, hold down the CTRL key and press the Zero Key (above the P on your keyboard) at the same time. That will reset your zoom.

Also see the following threads:

Flash Player Manager

That thread will show you how to adjust your Flash storage settings.

Blurry Screen In Flash Games

That thread might help you with the numbers being jumbled in Bingo Luau.

Some things I would try if this was happening to me.

1. Check your version of Firefox; new update today to 38.0.5.

2. Check that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash and that it is working on your computer: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

3. In Firefox, check your add-ons, plugins, and make sure that Shockwave Flash 17.0.0.188 is set to "always activate".

4. Clean out your browser cache.

5. Clean out your Flash cache.

6. Log out of Pogo.

7. Close browser.

8. Run cleaner like CCleaner (it's great freeware). Run the "regular" cleaner; then do a "registry" cleaner cycle. (NOTE: If you don't already have CCleaner, do this step before Step #7]. This will clear your computer of any lingering old and/or corrupt files.

9. Open browser and log back into Pogo.

10. Try one of the games you are having problems with (Bingo Luau or Letters From Nowhere) and see if they work.

Good Luck.

Letters From Nowhere • Letters From Nowhere and Bingo Luau

By PotPie50 » June 2nd, 2015, 10:37 pm

First of all....if I am not following directions for posting correctly, I am sorry but I am very frustrated because I contacted live chat and they could not doing anything and they told me to come here. Second, this is hard to explain but here goes.....I purchased a Mother's Day Badge/Album and I have finished all but two games. I cannot play in Letters From Nowhere or Bingo Luau. When I get to the game rooms page in Letters From Nowhere, I choose a room and click on it and the screen rolls back up to where it is supposed to start...nothing happens. I have clicked on play game too and nothing happens. Sometimes the Loading screen will come up between the friends minis and the part that tells you the name of the game before I choose a room. On this page, there are times I cannot hide my friends and when I click on hide my friends, the page moves up underneath the minis. Sometimes I can hide my friends and if I want to see who's there, I click on show friends and half the page moves down to show my friends plus a lot of empty space above them. Sometimes the game will come up in that area and I have only a half a screen of the start page, sometimes I get the whole start page. When I get the whole page, I click on start and it comes up with the episode pages that you choose from and I choose an episode and it just sits there on that page. It doesn't go on to the episode. So I can't play.

In Bingo Luau, I get into the game and the bingo cards are messed up. Like they are jumbled and I can see half the numbers. I can't play.

A lot of times in these games plus some others, when you click on the game rooms page, there are zeroes in each room, like no one is there but there are people there. It just doesn't show them

My zoom is 100% and my screen is set at 1024x768, I think that's it without looking. I have even tried my screen on the nonmembers screen set. I have the latest version of Flash and I am playing in Firefox.

Needless to say....this is very frustrating for one, it doesn't work and two, I cannot finish my album in the time allotted. Please tell me what to do.

The OP has a check mark on level 3. Once there is check mark the level cannot be replayed until all levels are completed and the level resets.
To the OP, I"m sorry that CS suggested you post here in the forum. There is nothing we can do. Your game needs to be reset and only Pogo can do that. Hopefully it will get done sooner than later.

Yes Tulip, that is exactly what I want to do, but the level with the letter in it will not open for me...and I know I found the letter in that episode...so it is a game glitch for me...glad you were able to open that level....I cannot go back and replay that level as it won't open

I just played episode 2. The 4th level was indeed locked, but when you find the letter in level 3, (in an envelope on the wall I believe), read the letter etc., finish level 3... when I did this -- level 4 was unlocked and easily played.

Letters From Nowhere • Episode 2

By ultimatetreebe » May 28th, 2015, 2:27 pm

I have contacted the help desk and told them of my problem and they suggested posting here...I have 3 check marks on the first 3 levels, but the 4th level is locked and will not open unless I find the letter...ok...so I cannot open any level in that episode to go back and find the letter...so I cannot complete episode 2...here is what the sent me...
