Certain objects require two pieces to be combined in order to pick them up. If your mouse cursor displays spinning gears when it hovers over an object, you must find a related object to pair with it. Clicking the related object will pick it up, which enables you to connect it with the base object.

Hidden in the different locations are stamps and black cats (a Club Pogo exclusive!) Finding these objects will boost your score.

Locate a series of objects in rapid succession to score a combo. Beat your previous combo to earn a trophy!(A Club Pogo exclusive!)

If you get stuck in a mini-game, you can click the "Solve Puzzle" button to skip it, but you might miss out on a higher score or even a trophy!

Have you tried using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox to see if the game will load?
It's best to try a browser other than the one you normally use.
There is no guarantee that the game will load but it's worth a try.
The game is working fine for me with Firefox, and Chrome.
I hardly ever use Internet Explorer because it seems to be a very problematic browser.

Letters From Nowhere • Re: Episodes too Dark

By CAGal1950 » September 27th, 2016, 2:58 pm

Letters From Nowhere is owned by Awen and has been around since 2010. Pogo acquired the rights to use it in 2013. They do not have the rights to change the game.
It is a typical Hidden Object Game. (being the owner over over 300 HOG games, I can make that statement).
The object is to find "Hidden" objects. And, since it was produced in Mogilev, Belarus, (almost all HOG games are made in Europe) the names of objects to find can be ambiguous.

Not only are many of the objects too dark but they don't make any sense. For example, the list will have "bear on it. There will be two stuffed bears in the picture. If you click one, nothing happens, so you have to find the other one hidden in the roof of the dark and dreary flower shop. Other times, you have to use the hint because the object doesn't look like anything recognizable. I have disliked this game because I think it's creators get fiendish enjoyment out of making things ambiguous.

I am also having issues with "Letters From Nowhere". It's almost as if the game freezes up and I have to refresh the page in order to get back to the point where I can select which episode to play, but then when I click on the "Play Now" button, nothing happens. It won't load at all. Sadly, I have not figured out why this is happening or how to fix it. I hope the experts at Pogo can figure it out. Like you, I'd like to get this badge before time runs out.

Letters From Nowhere • Letters From Nowhere- This weeks badge game

By Wbrkv » September 26th, 2016, 1:23 am

I am so frustrated!! I try to get each week's badges unless it is a game that I cannot play due to hand coordination problems. But I cannot get Letters From Nowhere to play. It loads. Then I click on a game choice and nothing. This is not my computer problem! I can play Claire, I can play all the Mahjong games, but the game I need will not load. So I don't get the badge. I really do not like the game. The pictures are all much to dark to see well so it makes the game a drag to play, but I can't even try!

Pogo, what are we to do? Give up on you? You don't seem very interested in helping your members. And to top it all off, I just tried to get the Sunday Bonus tokens. Got the first one, but when I try to go to the second game I get a screen that says it can't be found. GRRRRRR!!~

Letters From Nowhere • Zoom Help

By celticgirl1954 » September 25th, 2016, 12:21 pm

Not sure if this will help anyone else with trouble seeing entire screen but....today I tried to increase my zoom and for a wonder, at 133%, I finally could see the entire screen!! This trouble has been going on for months with HOG games. Before, the right hand side was cut off and I couldn't find objects on that side. I have Windows 7 and use Firefox for my browser. Just thought I'd share. :) Good Luck all!

Yep, I agree, whoever set those objects in a yellowish colour wording mad a huge mistake. There are some people who are a little
colour blind and may have trouble with this game. Like you, I am not going to bother to find 200 objects set like this. Why does Pogo keep on creating problems. It really is a 'hide and seek' game !!

This game is a mess! Took forever to load...then items list was yellow...so light I couldn't read it. Clicked on hint and it didn't work, just reset itself. I agree that it is waaaaay too dark!
Believe me I have done the ((( POGO dance))))).....cleared everything...signed in and out....refreshed....checked for updates. Becomes very weary! This just isn't worth my time! Guess I'll be checking "chose not to play" in the poll!
Like to get on here just one day and just play without a bunch of theatrics!

It is too dark and dreary. Some items are way too small and I play many hide and seek games.

Not only too dark, but way too much little stuff to search for in each episode. I find the entire game quite depressing, actually.
