First Class Solitaire is a classic online solitaire card game with first-class extras! In this travel-themed solitaire game, players need to place their cards in numerical order in alternating suits to win. Look out for the "bonus" cards to increase your score.


First Class Game Play
The object of First Class Solitaire is to move all of the cards from the table and the deck into one of the four "foundation" piles at the top of the screen.

Solitaire with Style
New cards of the same suit are added to the foundation in ascending sequence; A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K. Sort all 52 cards into the correct piles and win the game!

Bonus Cards
Hidden among the standard playing cards are four BONUS cards, one for each of the four suits. When placed on a foundation pile, the BONUS card reveals a special score multiplier.

Score Tokens
All shuffles and deals of the cards are completely random. If you are unable to remove all of the cards from the table, begin a new game, and collect all the tokens you've won from the previous game.

Solitaire Basics
At the beginning of the game, seven stacks of cards are laid out on the table with the top card in each pile face up. The first stack has one card (face up), the second stack pile has two cards (one card face up, one card face down), until the seventh stack has seven cards with only the top card face up.

Following Suit
You can click and drag cards between the stacks. The cards must be placed in alternate color order and always in descending sequence (a black 8 can only be placed on a red 9). When you drag a card into position, the top card of the stack will highlight to indicate which locations are legal moves. Sequences of stacked cards can be moved in this manner as well by clicking and dragging the top card in the sequence.

Build a Foundation
You can also move cards to one of the four "foundation" piles. Beginning with the Ace of the matching suit, each foundation pile is built from an ascending sequence of cards; A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K. A card can be moved to the correct foundation pile by automatically double-clicking on it. If it is the next card in the sequence, it will move to the correct pile. BONUS cards can also be moved by double-clicking them.

Solitaire Scoring
Find and move the BONUS cards to the foundation piles to win tokens. When a BONUS card is placed on a foundation pile, the token multiplier is activated. Any card played in that foundation pile (before or after the BONUS card is placed) is worth the number of tokens on the multiplier. Below each foundation pile is a window that shows the current score for that pile. At the bottom of the screen, the score window shows the total score for the game.

Solitaire Basics
Try to clear as many cards from the table as you can before drawing new cards from the deck.

Following Suit
Don't play three cards in a row from the deck. That way, the next time you go through the deck you'll see different cards. You can move cards out of the foundation pile if you need to. You'll lose any tokens you have won for the card so far, but it may help you complete a sequence.

Build a Foundation
Don't be greedy. If you play just to collect BONUS cards you probably won't be able to clear the table and win the game.

Solitaire Scoring
If it looks like you can not finish the game, move as many cards and BONUS cards to foundation as possible to maximize your token payout.

First Class Solitaire Game Controls
  • New Game: Click "New Game" when there are no more cards you can move and your game is over. You will collect any tokens that you won and start over with a new set of cards.
  • Undo: Clicking "Undo" will reverse your last move, if the move did not reveal a new card.
  • Deck: Click on the deck to deal three more cards to the table. If there are less than 3 cards, only the remaining cards will be dealt to the table.
  • Restack Arrow: When you have used all the cards in the deck, an arrow will appears. Clicking the arrow will restack the deck. You may restack the deck as many times as you like.
  • Finish: When all the cards have been placed face up on the table, the "Finish" button will appear. Clicking this button will automatically move all the cards from the table to the correct foundation pile.
  • Sound: Clicking this button to turns sounds on or off in the game.

First Class Solitaire • UPDATE: Attention - Solitaire Gardens & Mahjong Escape

Yesterday Pogo experienced some issues with Solitaire Gardens and Mahjong Escape. To be safe, we temporarily disabled both games so we could thoroughly investigate - and the issue was found and the team is now working on a solution. I think they got the dates wrong, as I remember seeing this yesterday also. Why are there so many repeated and frequent mistakes???? Pogo needs to show some accountability, check more often, prevent/fix blunders, apologize and offer some restitution when these mistakes keep happening!

I haven't had trouble with POGO before but for the last couple of weeks I am also having trouble. Constant freezes or trouble loading. I have also checked everything and cleared everything . I run FF and it is getting worse.It's got to be on POGO's end since so many people are having issues across many different games. :o

It is doing the same with mine and i do not have a Mac. I have upadted flash, chrome and everything else, NOW WHAT! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: this is BS!

The reason you've never experienced the problem in the Past, is because it has only been recently that Flash is being blocked in your Browsers. I wish I could offer a suggestion. But, I have no knowledge of Mac's.
That Scan is NOT a diagnostic tool. It is a compatibility tool to make sure you have the correct components to run Pogo games.

During their normal business hours (M-F, 9 AM PST or later) -- I've never had a problem contacting them. Click on Help, Contact Us, and follow instructions. I've had several good live chats with them when I've had a problem.

There is nothing to fix. The game is working just fine. Otherwise, there wouldn't be over 3K members playing it.
It is your Browsers. It is blocking Flash. It is your responsibility to adjust your setting to allow Flash to run. Pogo can do absolutely nothing to do that for you, since it is your computer.
And, FYI: it is always better to contact Customer Service during regular office business hours. At least I have had success reaching them that way.

How does one contact pogo? When you go to report a "bug" there is no place available to report. Just takes you to another page to read posts about problems. That does not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Other web site do not use the same platforms as Pogo. Plus they don't have thousands of Animated Mini's and Badges. Those are Flash and take longer to load. And, if you are using low speed internet then it will take longer. Plus, if your wifi is used by several other's in your home (add Printers, Smartphones, and other decives like Roku, Tivo, XBox) then, that will slow it down.

I've tried loading this game on IE, Chrome, Firefox, and finally Edge. Will not load on any of these browsers. Even connecting to POGO's website is very slow. But...other websites have loaded up lickety-split. I've tried five or six then returned to POGO. Slow connecting to the website and First Class Solitaire STILL won't load.

This loading problem has been going on for about two weeks now. So what's the deal? How does one get in touch with pogo as there are not options in reporting a problem? It shows report a problem but it is just another bogus way of taking you somewhere where there is no solution or way of contacting anyone to say there is indeed a problem.
