Pogo Recipe:
Chocolate Eclair Cake
Ingredients:
8 Oz.
(1 Container) Whipped Topping
6 Oz.
(2 Boxes) Instant Vanila Pudding Mix
3 Cups
Milk
1 Box
Graham Crackers
12 Oz.
(1 Container) Prepared Chocolate Frosting
9" x 11"
Cake Pan
Instructions:
Mix whipped topping, vanilla pudding mix, and milk in a large bowl.
Cover the bottom of a 9" x 11" cake pan with graham crackers.
Pour in half of the pudding mixture.
Add a second layer of graham crackers.
Pour in the remainder of the pudding mixture.
Add a third layer of graham crackers.
Place the container of frosting in the microwave and cook on High for 10 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Spread the melted frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
Place in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
