Cookies Disabled

Explanation:
Cookies are disabled on your computer. Pogo.com requires cookies to be enabled so that certain functions on the site can operate properly.

How to Fix the Problem:
You will need to enable cookies on your computer so that certain features of Pogo.com can work properly. Below are instructions to enable cookies for Pogo.com on the major PC-based browsers. Earlier browsers may have different instructions, so refer to your browser's help file for specifics.

If you are using AOL 9:

  1. From the taskbar, click Start --> Settings --> Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Internet Options. This will open the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  3. Select the "Privacy" tab in the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  4. Click the "Sites..." button
    a. If you cannot click on the "Sites..." button, please change the scale setting from "Block All Cookies" to a lower setting first.
  5. In the field below where it says "Address of Web site:" type "pogo.com", without the quotation marks.
  6. Click the "Allow" button.
  7. Click the "OK" button.
  8. Click the "OK" button again.
  9. Close all of your browser windows, including the AOL software.
  10. Now go back to the site and you should be OK.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0:

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options". This will open the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  2. Select the "Privacy" tab in the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  3. Click the "Sites..." button
    a. If you cannot click on the "Sites..." button, please change the scale setting from "Block All Cookies" to a lower setting first.
  4. In the field below where it says "Address of Web site:" type "pogo.com", without the quotation marks.
  5. Click the "Allow" button.
  6. Click the "OK" button.
  7. Click the "OK" button again.
  8. Close all of your browser windows.
  9. Now go back to the site and you should be OK.

If you are using Firefox:

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Options...". This will open the "Options" dialog box.
  2. Select the "Privacy" icon on the left side of the "Options" box.
  3. Click the "+" button next to "Cookies".
  4. Click on the "Exceptions" button.
  5. In the field below where it says "Address of web site:" type "pogo.com", without the quotation marks.
  6. Click the "Allow" button. (Do not click the "Allow for Session" button.)
  7. Click the "OK" button.
  8. Click the "OK" button again.
  9. Close all of your browser windows.
  10. Now go back to the site and you should be OK.

If you are using Netscape 7.2:

  1. Click "Tools" in the upper left corner of your browser window and select "Cookie Manager".
  2. Select "Manage Stored Cookies." This will open the "Cookie Manager" dialog box.
  3. Click the "Cookie Sites" tab.
  4. In the field below where it says "Manage Sites that can and cannot store cookies on your computer" type "pogo.com", without the quotation marks.
  5. Click the "Allow" button. (Do not click the "Session" button.)
  6. Click the "Close" button.
  7. Close all of your browser windows.
  8. Now go back to the site and you should be OK.
